Sinopec Beihai Refinery Off-site Reconstruction Petrochemical Project Special Railway Line is invested and constructed by Guangxi Luhai Railway Investment Co., Ltd. The main line is 3.843 kilometers long and the annual transportation capacity after operation reaches 32.95 million tons. The total project investment exceeds 136 million yuan.
